Guidelines

Welcome To All

DevaCon welcomes everyone, regardless of their gender variance, sexuality, ethnicity, or ableness. Discrimination will not be tolerated. If you experience hate speech of any kind, please report it to the members of the DevaCon committee who will investigate and support you.

Tables
The tables are in a ‘banquet’ style and have been made to seat 8. This gives you ample room to not only seat your players but also gives you a chair for your books!

Being Respectful
Please try to understand that this is a single large room and that some noise may occur from other tables. In the same way, try not to shout or disrupt other people’s enjoyment of their game.

Please also try to treat the venue and its staff with respect and courtesy. Damages have to be paid for by the committee and as all profits are going to a children’s charity, any breakages will have to come out of that.
